Remember to visit the artwork display of artist Varvara Harmon at the Windham Public Library. The display will continue for about another five months. This will be a rotating display of her pieces including photography, oils, acrylis, watercolors, pen and inks and prints.

Eddie Morrell and Randy, formerly of Windham, now of New Port Richey, Florida had company over the Christmas holiday. Their son, Mark Lavallie, came home from Iraq for Christmas and was home for two weeks.

To Convention

Clayton Haskell was in Nashville, Tennessee recently for four days. He attended the National Farm Bureau Convention.

Meeting

The Windham Historical Society will meet on January 28 at 2 p.m. in the Windham Public Library. Take note. This is a different day, time and place.

Carl Hinkson and Roberta recently returned after a trip to Florida to visit with family. They went to the Everglades on an air boat to see some alligators and snakes. They then went to Orlando for five days and went to the Performance Racing Industry Show to meet with vendors and talk business. They spent some time wih Tom Vigue, who works for DEI. The show was so big this year that they didn’t get to see everything.

In Georgia

Justin Levesque, son of Colleen and Don Levesque, is stationed at Robins Air Base in Georgia. He has been there since August of 2004. He works in the field of Electrical Environmental Systems for the C135 aircrafts. He is really enjoying his time there and is getting to see some of the local sights.

Surgery

Betty Wyman, of Windham, recently had back surgery in Florida. She is back home recuperating at their winter home in St. Cloud, Florida.
