The Sanford Police Department is asking for public help in finding a 28-year-old Springvale woman missing 15 months.
Police reported Saturday that Frances M. Moulton was last seen getting on a motorcycle in July last year. She has a history of disappearing for months at a time, police said, but this is longer than any of her past disappearances. Relatives in Belfast have not heard from her.
Moulton’s last known address was 20 Allen St., Springvale.
Police described Moulton as a white female, 5’3,” weighing 115 pounds. She has brown hair, brown eyes, a teardrop tattoo on her right ankle and a one-inch scar on her chin.
