The following cases were handled in Cumberland County Superior Court in October of 2006:

Christopher M. Adams, 28, of South Portland violated probation on a charge of operating under the influence – one prior – in Gorham on March 14, 2006, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for nine days, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Robert E. Adams, 32, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of aggravated forgery in Scarborough on May 27, 2006, and was fined $1,000 and sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 30 days. Charges of operating after habitual offender revocation-prior and failing to give correct name, address or date of birth were dismissed.

Melissa Anderson, 32, of Westbrook violated probation on charges of forgery and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Portland on Dec. 19, 2004, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for five months and had probation partially revoked on each charge.

Raymond J. Boivin, 28, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of failing to notify of motor vehicle accident in Westbrook on April 16, 2006, and was fined $350. He was also found guilty on a charge of driving to endanger and was fined $750, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 72 hours and had license suspended for 30 days.

William E. Boucher, 43, of Westbrook violated probation on a charge of burglary of a motor vehicle in Portland on Jan. 22, 2006, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 60 days, had probation partially revoked and had probation continued.

Michael A. Bridges, 43, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of assault in Portland on April 27, 2005, and was given unconditional discharge.

Christopher Brown, 20, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of burglary in Westbrook on May 22, 2006, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for nine months, all but seven days suspended, given probation of one year and restitution of $500.

Joshua D. Carver, 24, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Westbrook on Dec. 29, 2005, and was fined $400. A charge of aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs was dismissed.

Kathleen Casale, 45, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Westbrook on June 3, 2005, and was fined $250. A charge of criminal trespass was dismissed.

Noelle Cellupica, 21, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of driving to endanger in Gorham on June 13, 2005, and was fined $500 and had license suspended for 30 days. Charges of disorderly conduct, refusing to submit to arrest or detention and terrorizing were all dismissed.

William A. Cuddy, 45, of Westbrook had a charge of operating under the influence in Portland on March 16, 2006, dismissed.

Amanda Davis, 25, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked – OUI in Westbrook on May 5, 2006, and was fined $800, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for seven days and had license suspended for 18 months.

Erica Demmons, 29, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug in Westbrook on Dec. 19, 2005, and was fined $500.

Jacinta Devlin, 21, of Portland had a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked, prior in Gorham on Dec. 21, 2005, dismissed. She was found guilty on charges of operating while license was suspended or revoked and operating vehicle without a license-cond/restric in Gorham on May 21, 2006 and was fined $250 on each charge.

Jessica Doe, 31, of Bethel was found guilty on charges of cultivating marijuana and criminal forfeiture of property in Gorham on Jan. 12, 2006, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 21 days on each charge.

Ricky Doucette, 42, of Limington was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Westbrook on Oct. 19, 2005, and was fined $1,000, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for five days and had license suspended for 90 days. Also found guilty on three charges of endangering the welfare of a child and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for five days on each charge.

Joshua Y. Elderkin, 36, of Portland violated probation on a charge of harassment by telephone in Westbrook on July 9, 2004, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 10 days, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Modu Fall, 44, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of criminal trespass in Westbrook on July 27, 2006, and was sentenced to Cumberland county Jail for 60 days, restitution of $50. Also found guilty on a charge of criminal mischief and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 60 days.

Gary Foley, 53, of Westbrook was found guilty on 13 charges of possessing sexual explicit material of a minor under 12 in Westbrook on Feb. 8, 2006, 12 charges of possessing sexually explicit material of a minor under 12 were dismissed.

Richard Fortin, 36, of Steep Falls was found guilty on a charge of theft by receiving stolen property in Windham on June 17, 2005, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for five days.

Michael Mark Fournier, 23, of South Portland had a filing with conditions on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Westbrook on March 25, 2006, and was fined $400, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 72 hours and restitution of $30. Charges of operating under the influence – one prior – and trafficking in dangerous knives were both dismissed.

Alisha Fredette, 21, of Westbrook had a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in South Portland on Nov. 21, 2004, dismissed.

Thomas Gagne, 23, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Portland on March 4, 2006, and was fined $25, suspended $25 and sentenced to Department of Corrections for one year.

Robert J. Greig, 22, of Westbrook had a charge of operating under the influence in Gorham on Apr. 5, 2006, dismissed.

Steven Hebert, 50, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence – one prior – in Scarborough on April 21, 2006, and was fined $1,100, sentenced to Department of Corrections for three years, all but nine months suspended, given probation of two years and had license suspended for four years.

Terrance A. Hilton Jr., 45, of Buxton violated probation on a charge of failing to pay tax or file return in Scarborough on April 15, 1998, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for six months, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Glen D. Ingalls, 38, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Windham on April 21, 2006, and was fined $500 and sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 10 days.

Adam Jutkiewicz, 21, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of habitual motor vehicle offender in South Portland on July 15, 2006, and was fined $500 and sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for five days.

Ryan D. Kovats, 25, of South Portland was found guilty on charges of assault on an officer and assault in Gorham on Jan. 11, 2003, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 16 days, probation partially revoked, probation continued on each charge.

Kurt T. Ladd, 28, of Windham was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Westbrook on May 6, 2006, and was fined $650, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 48 hours and had license suspended for 90 days. A charge of operating after registration was suspended was dismissed.

Ryan Larrivee, 24, of Windham was found guilty on a charge of motor vehicle speeding: more than 30 mph over speed limit in Westbrook on May 26, 2006, and was fined $750.

Maya R. Lehman, 22, of Belfast was found guilty on a charge of operating vehicle without a license – cond/restric in Westbrook on March 15, 2006, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 72 hours.

Nicholas A. Levasseur, 21, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Gorham on Dec. 9, 2005, and was fined $10, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 7 days and restitution of $1,606.75.

Betsy J. Libby 47, of Gorham was found guilty on two charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Portland on April 20, 2006, and was fined $250 and sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for four days on each charge.

Fred McKenney, 21, of South Portland was found guilty on a charge of refusing to submit to arrest or detention in Gorham on June 3, 2006 and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 20 days.

Robert McKenney, 43, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of operating a vehicle without a license in Gorham on June 24, 2006, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for seven days.

Thomas L. Mitchell Jr., 33, of Bar Mills had a charge of operating after habitual offender revocation – prior in Westbrook on March 29, 2006, was dismissed.

Michael Morehead, 30, of Gorham was found guilty on charges of assault, violating protective order and violating condition of release in South Portland on May 20, 2006, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 364 days, all suspended and given probation of two years. A charge of reckless violation of protective order was dismissed. Charges of violating condition of release and violating protective order in South Portland on June 13, 2006, were both dismissed.

Lisa M. Napolitano, 42, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Westbrook on May 14, 2006, and was fined $500, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for three days and had license suspended for 90 days.

Crystal L. Norris, 31, of Standish was found guilty on a charge of operating after registration was suspended in Gorham on April 3, 2006, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 14 days. A charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked, prior was dismissed.

Amanda Paxson, 22, of Buxton was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Standish on April 25, 2006, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for three days. She was also found guilty on a charge of violating condition of release and was fined $500.

Michael S. Pelletier, 29, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of criminal mischief in Westbrook on Feb. 26, 2006, and was fined $300 and restitution of $365. A charge of assault was dismissed.

Michael J. Proctor, 26, of Portland had a filing with conditions on a charge of violating protective order in Westbrook on July 22, 2006, and was fined $200.

Colon Carlos Rodriguez, 38, of Portland was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence – 2 priors in Gorham on March 26, 2006 and was fined $1,100, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 364 days, all but 30 days suspended, given probation of one year, had license suspended for four years and registration suspended.

Brian Rowe, 19, of Windham had a charge of driving to endanger in Westbrook on May 23, 2006, dismissed.

Candy Rubito, 25, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Windham on March 22, 2006, and was fined $500 and had license suspended for 90 days.

William E. Sinnett Sr., 63, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Portland on July 7, 2006, and was fined $400.

Rebecca Sloan, 22, of South Portland was found guilty on a charge of refusing to submit to arrest or detention in Westbrook on Jan. 11, 2006, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 48 hours. Charges of aggravated criminal trespass and assault were both dismissed.

Lisa, Smith, 35, of Sabattus was found guilty on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Westbrook on Oct. 25, 2003, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for seven days, restitution f $1,400.

Korey Stevens, 30, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Gorham on May 28, 2006, and was fined $600 and had license suspended for 90 days.

Kosta Suli, 27, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked in Portland on May 3, 2006, and was fined $250.

Jessica Tweedie, 29, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of forgery in Scarborough on Aug. 7, 2005, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 30 days.

Christina Valliere, 31, of Portland had a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Westbrook on Oct. 2, 2004, dismissed.

Dwight G. Webb, 50, of Gorham was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in Gorham on April 22, 2006, and was fined $750 and had license suspended for 90 days.

Edward R. Weymouth, 47, of Westbrook was found guilty on a charge of operating under the influence in South Portland on March 19, 2006, and was fined $1,000, sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 3 days and had license suspended for 90 days.

Paul B. Woodcock, 22, of Buxton violated probation on two charges of burglary and one charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Gorham on Aug. 1, 2003, and was sentenced to Cumberland County Jail for 12 days, probation partially revoked, probtion continued on each charge.
