The “Mixed Nuts,” a team of local players participating in the United States Tennis Association’s league, won a sectional tournament held in Portland on June 22-24 for the right to play in the national tournament in November.

The team will be training all summer to get ready for the national tournament, which will be played in Orlando, Fla.
