According to the project’s developer, Gorrill and Palmer of Gray, the Planning Board already approved the site plan in 1997, which has now been resubmitted for further approvals. The Planning Board approved the plan on Monday.
Finally, Ingalls Commercial Brokerage is requesting a sketch plan review on a plan redevelop a 1.59-acre site on Gorham Road that once contained a single-family residence. The developer is proposing to build a 16,200-square-foot, two-story office and retail building. Two office and two retail spaces will be sold, rather than leased, according to documents submitted to the town.
The issue was tabled at the request of the applicant. Officials expect the plan will be reviewed next month.
