A Buxton man faces charges of criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon and terrorizing following a domestic dispute early Saturday.
Officer Jason McClure said in a police report that Jeffrey Dipaolo, 43, of 288 Pease Road threatened his wife with a handgun at 2:17 a.m. Police said Dipaolo’s wife fled the scene and went to the Buxton Police Department to report the incident.
She told police that several juveniles were still at the residence for a birthday party. Buxton police called the State Police tactical team, which took the man into custody. He was turned over to Buxton police and taken to York County jail in Alfred.
The juveniles were released to their parents.
