CUTLINE ONLY

MISSION POSSIBLE

Saco & Biddeford Savings Institution has opened its newest branch on William Clarke Drive by contributing to the community. In a special ribbon-cutting event, Mission Possible, Westbrook’s teen center, received a boost when branch manager Julie Villemaire, far right, and assistant manager Allison Steele, far left, presented a ribbon of $1,000 in cash to Michael Harvie, Mission Possible board member, Evelyn Blanchard, executive director and Heather Northrup, program director. Westbrook Food Pantry, Walker Memorial Library, Animal Refuge League, Good Samaritan Fuel Assistance and the After School Program also received a bank donation. The bank is hosting a Family Fun Day Saturday from 10:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. with free grilled hot dogs, popcorn, giveaways and door prizes. Anyone who brings in a food donation to benefit the Westbrook Food Pantry will also receive a free gift from the bank.
