The Westbrook American reported on Jan. 22, 1964, that P.O. 3rd Class William Key of Gorham and a shipmate from the destroyer Fred T. Berry were visiting Key’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Key, South Street, before the ship deployed to the Caribbean.

Blanche Clark of West Buxton entertained Mrs. Kenneth Ingalls of Steep Falls, who was a guest for the week.
