United Church of Christ at North Gorham, on the corner of North Gorham and Standish Neck roads. Crafts, books, Christmas decorations/wreaths/flower arrangements plus a white elephant table. A haddock chowder offered at noon as well as other goodies all day.
North Berwick craft fair – Saturday, Nov. 29, 10 a.m.-3 p.m., North Berwick Primary School, Varney Road (Route 4), North Berwick. To benefit local food pantry and town fuel assistance program. Featuring Santa at 1 p.m., accepting donations for photo shoots (take a camera); raffle and silent auction items will be available at the craft fair and at local shops: The Hair Shop, Hollyberries, and The Eclectic Shop Brick House. Lunch prepared by Noble High School’s Culinary Arts Vocational students, free raffle tickets in exchange for non-perishable food items. The Community Clothes Closet will collect winter clothing. All proceeds from the Neighborly Craft Fair will assist local families with food and heat this winter. Donations will be ccepted. The annual North Berwick tree lighting events follows at 2 p.m.
