Dogs, puppies classes

Six-week training classes for puppies and dogs over 5 months old sponsored by Gorham Parks and Recreation Department will be held on Mondays beginning Jan. 12 at Robie Gym.

The puppy class will be 6:15-7:15 p.m. and the manners class for dogs 7:30-8:30 p.m. The fee is $125 per six-week class.

U.S. taxpayer debt

The Bureau of Public Debt reported on Dec. 31 that the U.S. public debt was $10,699,804,864,612.13.
