Chris Celeste, Westbrook, senior center: In his fourth varsity season, Celeste is expected to provide leadership to a squad that includes nine freshmen.
Spence Cowand, Gorham, senior forward: Cowand had 27 goals and 13 assists to rank among Western Class A’s leading scorers last season.
Mitchel Donovan, Greely, sophomore forward: Donovan had 15 goals and 23 assists to lead the Rangers in scoring in his first varsity season.
Alex Fallon, Thornton Academy, junior forward: Fallon, who had six goals and nine assists last season, is the leading returning scorer from the reigning Class A state champions.
Jon Fields, Biddeford, senior goalie: In 12 games last season, Fields compiled a 2.25 goals-against average and a .920 save percentage.
Liam Fitzpatrick, Cheverus, senior left wing: Fitzpatrick had 19 goals and 23 assists to lead the Stags in scoring last season.
Bryce Fraser, Kennebunk, junior forward: Fraser is the Rams’ leading returning scorer — he had seven goals and nine assists in 18 games last season.
Ted Hart, Greely, junior forward: Hart had 11 goals and 14 assists last season to help the Rangers capture the Class B state title.
Kyle Kramlich, Greely, sophomore goalie: In his first varsity season, Kramlich compiled a 2.20 goals-against average while appearing in 20 games for the Rangers.
Peter Lajeunesse, Marshwood, junior forward: Lajeunesse had 16 goals and 20 assists last winter to rank among Western Class A’s top scorers.
Cam Loiselle, Scarborough, junior forward: Loiselle scored 10 goals last season and led the Red Storm with 13 assists.
Zach Luce, Portland, junior forward: Luce, who had nine goals and eight assists last season, will be counted on to spark the Bulldogs’ offense.
Cameron McLain, Cheverus, senior right wing: McLain had 16 goals and 23 assists last season to rank seventh in Western Class A in scoring.
Derek Neal, York, sophomore right wing: An expanded role should keep Neal extremely busy. He had seven goals and nine assists last season.
Brandon Negele, Cape Elizabeth, senior defenseman: An outstanding one-on-one defender, Negele had two goals and five assists last season.
Jack Pike, Falmouth, senior defenseman: A four-year member of the varsity, Pike has had the best plus-minus rating for the Yachtsmen the past two seasons.
Shayne Plummer, Bonny Eagle, sophomore forward: Plummer had 17 goals and 12 assists last season to rank among Western Class A’s top 20 scorers.
Jack Rousselle, Scarborough, senior forward: Rousselle scored 13 goals and had 10 assists last season to share the team points lead.
Kris Samaris, Falmouth, senior center: Samaris, who had 15 goals and 12 assists last season, is the Yachtsmen’s top returning scorer.
Grayson Szumilas, Camden Hills, junior forward: Szumilas had 16 goals and 14 assists to lead the Windjammers in scoring last season.
Max Watson, Yarmouth, junior defenseman: A converted forward, Watson had six goals and 11 assists last season and was a key member on special teams following his shift to defense.
Alden Weller, Falmouth, junior defenseman: A third-year varsity player, Weller led Falmouth defensemen in scoring last season with five goals and 13 assists.
Andrew Whipple, South Portland, sophomore center: An outstanding two-way player, Whipple had nine goals and six assists during his first varsity season.
