CONCORD, N.H. – New Hampshire is offering free fishing for a day.
The state Fish and Game Department says residents and nonresidents alike can fish anywhere in New Hampshire on Saturday without a fishing license. All other fishing regulations must be followed, including season dates and bag limits.
The department’s website includes information about public access to fishing locations, including water bodies that have been recently stocked with trout.
