TORONTO — Kyle Lowry had 33 points and 10 assists, and made the tiebreaking jumper with 4.3 seconds left in overtime Tuesday night as the ç outlasted the New Orleans Pelicans, 108-106.

Jonas Valanciunas added 20 points and 12 rebounds, and Lowry matched his season high from 3-point range, going 6 of 14. It was the Raptors’ third straight win over the Pelicans and their ninth in the last 11 meetings.

Jrue Holiday scored 30 points, and Anthony Davis had 18 points and 17 rebounds for his 30th double-double as the Pelicans lost their second straight.

Down 106-102 with just over a minute to play in overtime, New Orleans tied the game on Davis’ floating jump shot with 29 seconds to go.

WIZARDS 117, KNICKS 101: Bradley Beal scored 28 points as Washington won at home to move into a tie for first place in the Southeast Division.

Markieff Morris added 24 points, and John Wall had 15 points and 10 assists as the Wizards rolled to their fifth straight victory and won for the 11th time in 13 games. Beal was 12 of 18 from the floor and Carmelo Anthony of New York was 10 of 17 for 26 points.

ROCKETS 105, KINGS 83: Ryan Anderson had 25 points and 11 rebounds, Eric Gordon added 17 points and Houston won at home.

Anderson shot 6 of 12 from 3-point range and Houston went 14 of 45 from behind the arc as a team.

NOTES

RAPTORS: Guard DeMar DeRozan will miss two games because an injured right ankle, including Wednesday night at Boston.

DeRozan, 27, is sixth in the NBA in scoring, averaging 27.8 points per game.

CAVALIERS: Free-agent guard Kirk Hinrich will work out Wednesday in Cleveland for the Cavaliers, who need a backup for Kyrie Irving.

ESPN.com also reported the Cavs will have free agents Mario Chalmers and Lance Stephenson in for a tryout.
