Why are you running for office?
I am running for Office because we are losing our State to outside influences that don’t know or care about the people of Maine. They care only for their own agenda. Maine citizens are being put in a second place position when the needs and wants of our Elderly, our Veterans and the Citizens of Maine should come first. My issues are the issues that keep the people in my district awake at night. I was born in Maine and have lived and worked in District 133 for most of my life. I will work and listen to the people of my district and work for the solutions we need.
-
Income Tax: Gov. LePage would like to lower Maine’s income tax rate and eventually eliminate it, by increasing the state’s sales tax and expanding it across a broader range of goods and services. Do you support this proposal?
-
Background Checks: Do you support background checks for privately sold firearms in Maine?
-
Minimum Wage:
In light of the ballot question facing voters this fall, do you support raising the state’s minimum wage from $7.50 to $12 an hour by 2020?
-
Marijuana: Do you support legalization of marijuana for recreational use?
