Pamela Jordan Podziak
SCARBOROUGH – Pamela Jordan Podziak, 74, passed away peacefully on Nov. 14, 2023, after a lengthy illness.
Her parents, Grenville and Lydia Black Jordan and her brother, Toby Jordan predeceased her.
She is survived by her daughter, Amy Podziak.
Pam grew up in Cape Elizabeth and lived her adult life in Scarborough. She loved family picnics and reunions with the large and fun-loving Black family on Little Sebago Lake, surrounded by a multitude of cousins of all ages.
Pam worked seasonally at L.L.Bean for several years. She enjoyed traveling and auditing Adult Education classes at USM. She was a lifelong member of Cape United Methodist Church.
We wish to thank Pam’s loyal and faithful helpers Terry Skillings and family, who have provided her with support, guidance and assistance for many years and the Gorham House caregivers, where Pam spent considerable time over the years.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 13 at 1:30 p.m. at Brooklawn Memorial Park, 2002 Congress St., Portland followed by a reception at the Elizabeth Hobbs Hospitality Center, next to Hobbs Funeral Home, 230 Cottage Rd., South Portland. Friends are invited to attend the graveside service and/or the reception.
