Republicans, Democrats, independents. Gov. Mills and former Gov. LePage. Unions and business groups. The Sportsman Alliance of Maine, along with three Maine newspapers, all opposed to Pine Tree Power. Can they all be wrong?
Pine Tree Power is promising the world. People must study the facts. Simple math says it will cost Mainers billions. Retired Congressman Mike Michaud, a proponent of public power in general, issued a statement saying this bill is not the one and will cost Mainers dearly.
