FALMOUTH – Lois C. Barter passed away peacefully, surrounded by family at her residence in Falmouth, Saturday, Sept. 16, 2023.

Memorial visitation will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 27 from 4-8 p.m. at Jones, Rich & Barnes Funeral Home, 199 Woodford St., Portland. A small graveside service at Brooklawn Cemetery will be held Thursday, Sept. 28 at 11 a.m.
