SACO – Henrietta “Etta “Flynn, 75, of Beach Street, passed away Saturday Aug. 26, 2023 at the Gosnell Memorial Hospice House. She was born in Hartford, Conn. Jan. 12, 1948, the daughter of Edward and Virginia (LeBlanc) Gaudet. Etta attended school in Waltham, Mass.

She moved to Maine and worked at Saunders Brothers and Corning Costar. Etta then worked for several years at Biddeford Savings Bank and then for York County Teachers Credit Union (Atlantic Federal Credit Union). Most recently, Etta worked the front desk at Seal Rock Nursing Home for several years.

She enjoyed Bingo, going to the casino, and shopping. Etta also enjoyed the company of her family, especially her grandchildren.

Etta was predeceased by her husband of 33 years, Woodrow “Woody” Tuttle Jr.; her father, Edward Gaudet and mother, Virginia (LeBlanc) Carlson; and a brother, Gary Gaudet.

Survivors include her husband, Michael Flynn of 15 years, of Saco; a daughter, Kimberley Tuttle Dallaire of Saco and husband Mark, a son, Scott Tuttle of Biddeford and wife Melissa; three brothers, Michael Gaudet, Steven Gaudet, and Erik Carlson, all of Connecticut, a sister, Patricia Gaudet of Connecticut; four grandchildren, Danielle Ricker and her husband Ethan and Bryan Dallaire, Terje Tuttle and Freja Tuttle.

Visiting hours will be held Friday Sept. 8 from 3 to 5 p.m. at the Dennett, Craig and Pate Funeral Home, 365 Main St., Saco.
