Hires, promotions, appointments
Mark Law was appointed the CEO at Rosemont Market & Bakery, succeeding co-owner John Nayor, who will continue as president and chairman of the board. Law has more than 20 years of experience in the grocery industry. Rosemont is based in Portland with other locations in Scarborough, Cape Elizabeth, Falmouth and Yarmouth.
Rebecca Yturregui was named the new vice president, donor engagement, for the Maine Community Foundation. She has worked with nonprofits for 30 years and previously was vice president, donor relations and philanthropic impact, at Combined Jewish Philanthropies in Boston.
Jill Harlow has been appointed Maine Coast Fishermen’s Association’s first director of strategic initiatives. She joined MCFA in May and worked on the advancement and strategy teams at the Gulf of Maine Research Institute for 18 years, and most recently was chief of staff for Pecan Street, a Texas-based research and development nonprofit that works in clean energy transitions and regenerative agriculture.
Paige Eggleston of Portland was hired by law firm Jensen Baird as an attorney in the employment and labor, government services, and litigation practice groups. Attorney Rebecca D. Shiland of Portland joined as member of the real estate practice group, and Attorney Anna Polko Clark of South Portland joined the probate litigation, litigation, and trusts and estates practice groups.
Recognition
Joanne Campbell, executive vice president of enterprise risk management and chief risk officer for Camden National Bank, was awarded the American Bankers Association’s new Distinguished Service Award for Risk. The award recognizes leadership, initiative and accomplishment in banking regulatory risk, as well as volunteer service.
Open for business
Auto Innovations will host a grand opening of their new location at 2 Lincoln Ave. in Scarborough from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, June 24.
