I’ve been following the story of our city’s unhoused being removed from different sites. Could the city of Portland not find these down-on-their-luck people a plot of land, running water, a couple of portable toilets and some garbage cans? These bare necessities would make a huge difference for the obvious reason.
I can’t understand why this is so difficult. Am I missing something?
