You’ve got two chances to experience an exhilarating, animated evening of Celtic music from California-based act Gaelic Storm. They started off in the mid-’90s playing at Santa Monica pubs and have since released more than a dozen albums. Remember that below-deck party scene in “Titanic?” That was Gaelic Storm, both in the film and on the soundtrack. Have more fun than Jack and Rose as you tap your toes on land.

Spend your Sunday evening on the lawn at the Maine Maritime Museum for a show co-presented by the Chocolate Church Arts Center. Erica Brown & The Bluegrass Connection will be playing all sorts of bluegrass, Americana and folk while you bask in the sunshine on a chair or blanket. The band is Brown on fiddle and vocals, Matt Shipman on mandolin, guitarist Lincoln Meyers, Eli Gilbert on banjo and Kris Day on bass.

Yo La Tengo

Indie rock band Yo La Tengo is just shy of its 40th anniversary. The Hoboken trio released its 17th album, “This Stupid World,” on Feb. 10. Musicians Georgia Hubley, Ira Kaplan and James McNew made the album themselves without an outside producer and achieved their goal of creating a live-sounding collection of nine songs, including the atmospheric single “Fallout” and the scorching opener “Sinatra Drive Breakdown.”
