CONCORD, N.H. – Meredith Leigh Pulkkinen Walton, 43, passed on May 9, 2018.

Meredith was born on Oct. 31, 1974 in Maine and grew up on her family’s farm.

Meredith is deeply missed by her four children, Theresa, Hannah, Michael Jr, and Isaiah; her brother, Evan; and her grandbabies Riley and Lucas; her Tompa; and many nieces and nephews.

Burial services will be Wednesday May 10 at 11 a.m.; please contact family for location.
