Whatever possessed the Press Herald to print the totally insulting cartoon by Dick Wright of President Biden so prominently in the March 9 edition? It’s an insult, not only to Biden, but to all older folks.

I am 80 years old and continue to be fully engaged in the world. I eat healthy food, work out regularly, have a large network of friends and keep my mind active by reading and engaging with friends. I may not be as fully sharp as I once was, but I’m doing everything I can to remain so.

So shame on you for perpetuating the image or belief that old means feeble, weak and confused. This is ageism at its worst.
