UScellular has promoted Megan Southard to assistant manager at the Westbrook store located at 95 Rock Row, the Scarborough store located at 300 Gallery Boulevard, and the Maine Mall store in South Portland at 364 Maine Mall Road. In this role, Southard is responsible for leading her team of wireless technology experts to help customers select the devices, plans, and consumer electronics to best meet their needs. Southard brings more than eight years of wireless experience to her role.

“At UScellular we invest in our associates to ensure they have the proper training and knowledge to help our customers make informed decisions about their wireless service,” said Tabatha McKay, area vice president/general manager for UScellular in New England. “Megan’s passion for learning throughout her UScellular tenure is inspiring and motivating, and I am excited to have her guide our Westbrook, Scarborough, and South Portland teams.”

Southard joined UScellular in 2017 and most recently served as a retail wireless consultant for UScellular at the company’s Scarborough store. She lives in Naples with her partner, Shaun, and two sons. Southard enjoys doing puzzles, reading, playing games, the outdoors, and picnics in the park with family.
