WINDHAM – Susan Gauthier, 64, passed away peacefully at her home on March 16, 2022, after a longtime battle with health problems. She spent her final days as she would have wanted, with her loving husband and family.

Susan grew up in Gorham and moved to Windham later in life. She was a strong woman who overcame many obstacles throughout her life. She loved her family, especially her grandchildren, and cherished the time they spent together. She had a great sense of humor, loved being out in the sunshine and always had a witty remark to add.

Susan is survived by her husband, Richard Gauthier; daughters Alicia Gauthier (Doug Smith), and Destiny Gauthier; grandchildren Mariah, Makenzie, Isla, Kianté and Caydyn; stepsons Aaron Gauthier and his family; and Adam Gauthier and his family; and her sister, Kelly Bean and her family.

She was predeceased by her mother, Betty Robinson; and her brother, Fred Robinson.

A graveside service will be announced in the springtime.
