SCARBOROUGH – Rhiannon passed away Feb. 24, 2022 at the Gosnell Hospice House after a year long battle with colon cancer. She had a positive and loving attitude until the morning of her passing.

Rhiannon was the daughter of the late Robert and Irene Dubie of Westbrook. Rhiannon graduated from Westbrook High School in 1965. She resided in Portland where she had many dear friends. She frequented the library, watched every parade and attended most music festivals that Portland had to offer.

More than anything she looked forward to weekly visits and outings with her cherished son, Seth.Music was her passion. She sang and played guitar and had videos on You Tube. Christmas was her favorite time of year and her tree was always up and decorated in November.

She leaves behind her beloved son, Seth; sister, Rebecca and Chris Emery of Norway; two nephews; and five grandchildren.

The family is grateful to the Gosnell staff for her extraordinary care, the Veterans Outreach, her taxi driver and the friends that helped her this past year.
