Applications for several scholarships are now available on the Raymond town website, raymondmaine.org.
Criteria for eligibility is different for every scholarship and not all require attendance at a four-year college. Some scholarships require a separate application.
Applications must be submitted by April 30 to Sue Look, Town Clerk, Town of Raymond, 401 Webbs Mills Road, Raymond, Maine 04071.
The amount of scholarship funds may change from year to year. Anyone can make a tax-deductible contribution to an existing fund or create a new one should contact the town clerk at 655-4742 ext. 121 for details.
