During National Volunteer Week, the People Plus Brunswick-area senior center is thanking its volunteers for their contributions over the years, including those with the monthly lunch crew, pictured here in 2019. Over 230 volunteers regularly volunteer time and services to the center averaging over 9,000 volunteer hours per year. Volunteers help  as drivers, man the front desk, lead presentations, coordinate clubs, help with events and fundraisers, stuff envelopes for mailers, answer phone calls, cook meals, deliver food and prescriptions and more.
