Octoberfest, offered by the Abenaki Draft Horse Club, will be held Oct. 13 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Lyman.

The Family Fall Fun event includes horse-drawn carriage rides.

The cost is adults $5, ages 15 to 18 $3., 14 and under free with paid adult. Free admission to see cider making, rock splitting, blacksmith demos, farm animals more.

Lunch, dessert, available for purchase.  All proceeds go to support the club.

Directions:  117 Duke Lane off Walker Rd. off Route 35 at the Lyman/ Kennebunk line.  Follow signs.
