This lovable pup is Shasha, up for adoption at Midcoast Humane in Brunswick. Shasha is a member of Midcoast Humane’s No Paw Left Behind initiative, which means she is a long-term resident. In fact, she has been waiting to go to her forever home since Jan. 20, 2018. She’s 9 years old and at her core, is a very affectionate couch potato. She loves her treats, walks, and belly rubs. She is not a fan of loud noises and sudden movements, so she would like to live in an adult-only home with no other pets. If you’re looking for a great walking buddy, you’ve found your girl.

Thanks to a generous donor, Shasha’s adoption fee is waived. Additionally, Midcoast Humane will provide Shasha and her new family up to three, free one-on-one training sessions with our staff dog trainer at our facility or in her new home, provided it isn’t too far from the shelter. Stop by 30 Range Road in Brunswick to meet Shasha, or schedule a visit by calling (207) 449-1366.

If you’re not in a position to adopt Shasha, you can help every animal find a home by following and sharing our “No Paw Left Behind” animals’ stories at facebook.com/MHNoPawLeftBehind. Learn about more ways to help at midcoasthumane.org/NoPawLeftBehind.
