KENNEBUNKPORT — The following individuals were arrested or issued a summons by Kennebunkport Police from April 26 to May 12, 2019:
• Mohamed Madar, 49, of Portland, was issued a summons for assault after officers investigated an incident that occurred on April 8, 2019. He is scheduled to appear at the Biddeford District Court on June 19 to answer the charge.
• Scott Lafreniere, 32, of Standish, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a stop sign after officers observed the violation on Walker’s Lane.
• Lina Klein, 72, of Worcester, Massachusetts, was issued a summons for exceeding the posted speed limit after officers observed the violation on North Street.
• Alexandra Demos, 26, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for exceeding the posted speed limit and failure to stop at a stop sign after officers observed the violations on Walker’s Lane.
• Jennifer Dumont, 47, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for burglary and stealing drugs after officers investigated an incident that took place on April 25, 2019. She is scheduled to appear at the Alfred Superior Court on June 19 to answer the charges.
• David Cantara, 63, of Kennebunkport, was issued a summons for failure to display a current/valid certificate of inspection after officers observed the violation on Stone Road.
• Richard Walters, 69, of Kennebunk, was issued a summons for operating an unregistered motor vehicle more than 150 days after he was stopped by officers for an unrelated motor vehicle violation on North Street. He is scheduled to appear at the Biddeford District Court on June 19 to answer the charge.
• Kayla Holbrook, 30, of Arundel, was issued a summons for failure to obtain a Maine driver’s license after she was stopped by officers for an unrelated motor vehicle violation on North Street. She is scheduled to appear at the Biddeford District Court on June 19 to answer the charge.
• Brian Jacobs, 42, of Kennebunk, was issued a summons for a seat belt violation after the above infraction was observed by officers on Guinea Road.
• Donat Ouellette, 46, of Saco, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle following suspension after officers stopped him on Goose Rocks Road. He is scheduled to appear at the Biddeford District Court on June 19 to answer the charge.
• Scott Seger, 26, of Auburn, was issued a summons for failure to display a current/valid certification of inspection and failure to provide evidence of current insurance after he was stopped by officers for an unrelated motor vehicle violation on Mills Road.
• Erika Montemerlo, 39, of Kennebunkport, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle following suspension after she was stopped by officers for an unrelated motor vehicle violation on Maine Street. She is scheduled to appear at the Biddeford District Court on June 19 to answer the charge.
• Zachary Redmann, 34, of Freeport, was issued a summons for operating an unregistered motor vehicle greater than 150 days after the above violation was observed by officers on North Street. He is scheduled to appear at the Biddeford District Court on July 3 to answer the charge.
