The Country Egg restaurant at 1299 Main St., in Sanford has been open for several weeks. Owners Jason and Tammy Holt and son Jason Jr. are cooking up an amazing variety of breakfast sandwiches, combos, omelets and more. Visiting Sanford Springvale Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors stopped on a recent morning to cut the ribbon.
