SANFORD – The following people were arrested or charged by Sanford Police Feb. 11 to 18:
• Jordan Andrew Bubak, 30, Portland was arrested on a warrant on Main Street.
• Jamie Evans, 34, Sanford, was issued a summons charging shoplifting theft on Main Street. During the same incident, William L. Evans III, 34, of Sanford was arrested on a warrant.
• Edward Olivio, 47, Springvale, was issued a summons charging OAS on Pleasant Street.
• Ryan Leigh Walter, 32, Sanford, was arrested and charged with shoplifting theft and violating conditions of release on Main Street.
• Eric Tyler Kelley, 37, Sanford, was issued summonses charging he drove while his license was suspended and displaying a suspended driver’s license on Main Street.
• Travis T. Marcil, 36, Springvale, was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, 2 counts of violating conditions of release, and on a warrant on Main Street.
• Roxanne Lambert, 35, Springvale, was issued a summons charging she failed to register her vehicle for more than 150 days following a traffic stop at the intersection of River and South streets.
• Gary W. Zyskowski, 35, Springvale, was arrested on a warrant on Main Street.
• Raymond Paul Boivin, 41, Sanford, was arrested on a warrant following a vehicle stop at the intersection of Bowdoin Court and Bowdoin Street.
• Melinda E. Johnson, 43, Sanford, was arrested on two warrants on Main Street.
• Billie J. Huston, 47, Biddeford, was arrested and charged with aggravated criminal mischief on June Street.
• Nicole Marie Hutchins, 48, Sanford, was arrested on a warrant on Main Street.
• Savannah Richard, 29, Sanford, was arrested and charged with domestic violence assault on Main Street.
• Celso Polley, 18, Sanford, was issued a summons charging attachment of false license plates on May Street.
• Erica M. Spencer, 26, Sanford, was issued a summons charging she failed to register her vehicle for more than 150 days following a traffic stop at the intersection of River and Brook streets.
• Rocky Wayne Noyes, 41, listed as transient, was arrested on a warrant on Montreal Street.
• John Charron, 23, Acton, was arrested on a warrant on Main Street.
• Marissa June Bacon, 22, Newfield, was arrested and charged with domestic violence assault on High Street.
• Jennifer L. Norwood, 29, Shapleigh, was issued a summons charging she drove after her license was suspended on Main Street.
