KENNEBUNKPORT — The following individuals were arrested or issued a summons by Kennebunkport Police from Jan. 1 to Feb. 13, 2019:
• Luis Martinez, 46, of Kennebunkport, was issued a summons for charged with operating a motor vehicle without a license after he was stopped by officers for an unrelated motor vehicle violation on Goose Rocks Road.
• Christopher Gahm, 26, of Kennebunkport, was issued a summons for exceeding the posted speed limit after the above violation was observed by officers on Arundel Road.
• Tyler Goulden, 24, of Arundel, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle following civil suspension after he was stopped by officers for an unrelated motor vehicle violation.
• Lucia Koss, 21, of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, was issued a summons for a moving violation at an intersection after the above violation was observed by officers on Mills Road.
• Roger McCord, 65, of Cumberland, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle (30 to 150 days) after the above violation was observed by officers on Old Cape Road.
• Nicholas Bartlett, 32, of Kennebunkport, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle (over 150 days) after the above violation was observed by officers on Mills Road. He is scheduled to appear at the Biddeford District Court on March 20 to answer the charge.
• Stephen Richardson, 68, of Kennebunkport, was issued a summons for improper passing after the above violation was observed by officers on Mills Road.
• Clayton Philbrook, 38, of Kennebunkport, was issued a summons for exceeding the posted speed limit after the above violation was observed by officers on Mills Road.
• Kara Hoisington, 34, of Kennebunkport, was issued a summons for failure to display a current/valid certificate of inspection and failure to provide evidence of current insurance after she was stopped by officers for an unrelated motor vehicle violation on Stone Road.
• Stephanie Rittershaus, 31, of Arundel, was issued a summons for exceeding the posted speed limit after the above violation was observed by officers on North Street.
• Alexis Brocuglio, 19, of Kennebunkport, was issued a summons for exceeding the posted speed limit after the above violation was observed by officers on Main Street. She also was issued a summons for failure to provide evidence of current insurance.
• Derek Pelletier, 30, of Arundel, was issued a summons for failure to display a current/valid certificate of inspection after the above violation was observed by officers on North Street. He was also issued a summons for failure to provide evidence of current insurance.
• John Nahil, 75, of Kennebunkport, was issued a summons for failure to provide evidence of current insurance after he was stopped by officers for an unrelated motor vehicle violation on Arundel Road.
• Guy Defeo, 61, of Alfred, was issued a summons for exceeding the posted speed limit after the above violation was observed by officers on Mills Road.
