SANFORD – The following people were arrested or charged by Sanford Police Feb. 5 to 10:
• Ryan Lovejoy, 31, Lebanon, was arrested on a warrant on Main Street.
• Benjamin Legan, 27, Lebanon, was arrested and charged with violating conditions of release, refusing to submit to arrest, violating a protection from abuse order and criminal trespass on Payne Street.
• Shane M. Martel, 30, Sanford, was arrested and charged with domestic violence assault, violating conditions of release and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs on Main Street.
• David E. Lahey, 57, Sanford, was issued a summons charging unlawful sexual contact on Patriot’s Lane.
• C. Senter Shaw II, 57, Windham, was issued a summons charging driving after suspension on Lebanon Street.
• Darian Andrew Usher, 24, Sanford, was issued a summons charging violation of conditions of release.
