OLD ORCHARD BEACH — The Old Orchard Beach Police Department has released the names of individuals arrested or issued a summons from Dec. 31 to Jan.13.
• Russell Blake, 50, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons for operating with a revoked or suspended license due to operating under the influence.
• Michael Heim, 50, of Old Orchard beach, was issued a summons for violating bail conditions of release.
• Garrett Blaine, 24, of Kennebunk, was arrested and charged with unlawful posession of heroin and sale or use of drug paraphernalia.
• Owen Nadeau, 19, of Derby, Vermont, was issued a summons for passing a school bus.
• David Melvin, 51, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons for failure to register a vehicle for more than 150 days and operating a vehicle without a license.
• D’Andre Brunson, 29, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for failure to make an oral or written accident report.
• A 17-year-old juvenile was issued a summons for criminal mischief.
• Michael Gavin, 45, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested and charged with domestic violence assault and domestic violence criminal threatening.
• Susan Eklund, 66, of Old Orchard Beach was arrested on a warrant.
