WELLS — The following people were arrested or issued a summons by Wells Police from Jan. 24 through Jan. 27:
• Charles Norton, 41, of Kennebunk, was issued a summons charging he drove with a suspended registration following a traffic stop on Sanford Road. He is scheduled to appear at York District Court on April 16.
• Raymond Bent, 56, of Mount Vernon, New Hampshire, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence following a vehicle collision in the parking lot of a local hotel. He was able to post the required bail amount and was later released from Wells Police custody. He is scheduled to appear at York District Court on March 19.
• Henry Thiffault, 52, of Wells, was arrested and charged with domestic violence criminal threatening following a disturbance at a local residence. He was able to post the required bail amount and was later released from Wells Police custody. He is scheduled to appear at York District Court on February 19.
• Patrick Spragg, 33, of Wells, was arrested and charged with domestic violence criminal threatening and on two counts of violating conditions of release following a disturbance at a local residence. Spragg was not allowed bail and was later transported to York County Jail. He is scheduled to appear at York County Superior Court in Alfred on March 8 on the domestic violence criminal threatening charge and further scheduled to appear at York District Court on March 19 on both charges of violating of Conditions of release.
• Heather Roszka, 37, of Arundel, was arrested on an outstanding warrant charging she failed to pay fines following a traffic stop on Sanford Road. Police said she was unable to post the required bail amount and was later transported to York County Jail.
