OLD ORCHARD BEACH — The Old Orchard Beach Police Department has released the names of individuals arrested or issued a summons from Dec. 17 to Dec. 30, 2018.
• Joseph Maxfield, 26, of Hollis, was arrested on a warrant.
• Adam St. Pierre, 38, of Raymond, was issued a summons for operating after suspension with prior suspension not operating under the influence.
• Gordon Tulloch, 52, of Duluth, Georgia, was issued a summons for operating after suspension and violating bail conditions of release.
• Matthew Jones, 20, of Gorham, was issued a summons for violating bail conditions of release.
• John McManus, 69, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence – refused test.
• Daniel Rivera, Jr., 24, of Conway, New Hampshire, was issued a summons for operating after suspension.
• Jeffrey March, 27, of Sanford, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, unlawful possession of schedule W drug and criminal restraint.
• Danielle Swett, 29, of Sanford, was arrested on a warrant.
• Lori Thibodeau, 41, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons for violating bail conditions of release.
• Jeffrey Roy, 28, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons for failure to register a vehicle that’s expired 150 or more days.
• Glen Plourde, 50, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons for operating after suspension.
• Stacey Cota, 32, of Standish, was issued a summons for operating with a suspended or revoked license.
• Page, 37, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested and charged with unlawful trafficking in schedule W drugs and violating conditions of release.
• Lawrence Willings, 45, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons for leaving the scene of a personal injury accident and operating with a suspended or revoked license and was later arrested on a warrant.
