SANFORD – The following people have been arrested or issued a summons by Sanford Police from Jan. 10 through Jan. 16:
• A 15-year-old and a 16-year-old were each issued a summons charging disorderly conduct following a reported disturbance on Alumni Boulevard.
• Cindy Marie Farrell-Ball, 40, Sanford, was arrested on two warrants and was also charged with shoplifting theft on Main Street.
• Eric Gilman Berube, 24, Sanford, was arrested and charged with aggravated criminal mischief, violating conditions of release and domestic violence terrorizing on Grandview Avenue following a report of a disturbance.
• Cheryl Martin, 27, Sanford, was issued a summons charging she failed to register her vehicle for more than 150 days.
• Miranda L. Graham, 25, Berwick, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence following a traffic stop on Main Street.
