WELLS – The following people were arrested or issued a summons by Wells Police on Jan. 6 to Jan. 14:
• Tori Boissonneault, 24, Springvale, was issued a summons charging for operating while her license suspended or revoked following a traffic stop on North Berwick Road. She is scheduled to appear at York District Court on March 19.
• G. Joseph Diment, 78, of Wells, was issued a summons for failure to register or update information pursuant to his status as a sex offender. He is scheduled to appear at York District Court on March 19.
• A 13 year old, boy, and a 15 year old boy, both of of Wells, were issued summonses charging criminal mischief following an investigation that began on Jan. 6, at a local business. The boys are scheduled to appear at Biddeford District Court on Feb. 7.
• Miranda Poulin, 38, of Wells, was arrested after an investigation into a hit-and-run motor vehicle crash. Police said Poulin was found at a local motel and was arrested and charged leaving the scene of an accident and violating conditions of release. She is scheduled to appear at York District Court on April 16.
• Kellen Precourt-Bennett, 27, Kennebunkport, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence following a traffic stop on Port Road. Kellen is scheduled to appear at York District Court on April 16.
• Anthony Gigliotti, 47, Medfield, Massachusetts, was issued a summons charging he operated without a license in violation of conditions or restrictions following a traffic stop on Post Road. He is scheduled to appear at York District Court on April 16.
• Antonio Steffon, 23, of Kennebunk, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence and violating conditions of release following a traffic stop on Post Road. He is scheduled to appear at York District Court on Feb. 19.
• Justin Smalley, 33, of Sanford was arrested and charged with violating conditions of release following a report of a suspicious vehicle at a local business. He is scheduled to appear at York District Court on April 16.
