• Zachary A. Jewett, 29, of Saco, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
• Alicia M. Adams Kane, 29, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
• Elizabeth Tremblay, 61, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for criminal trespass.
• Brian K. Day, 42, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for disorderly conduct (offensive words or gestures).
• Bailey R. Thorne, 22, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration.
• Olivia M. Desjardin, 24, of Saco, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
• Michael D. Bissonnette, 53, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for indecent conduct, public urination or defecation, criminal trespass, and violating condition of release.
• Nyajock L. Pan, 23, of Yarmouth, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while license is suspended or revoked.
• A juvenile, 17, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while license is suspended or revoked.
• Kyle A. Frank, 19, of Pelham New Hampshire, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a license.
• Angela M. Fecteau, 37, of Shapleigh, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while license is suspended or revoked.
• Christian J. Kozdra, 20, of Biddeford, was arrested for possession of marijuana under 21 years old, sale or use of drug paraphernalia, and violation of protective order.
• Matthew T. Roberts, 29, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration.
• Caleb S. Swain, 22, of Waterboro, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
• Michael D. Bissonnette, 53, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for criminal trespass and violating condition of release.
• Gabriel B. Kirshnitz, 31, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
• Jonathan B. Dowd, 27, of Waterboro, was issued a summons for disorderly conduct (loud unreasonable noise) and violating condition of release.

• A juvenile, 14, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for the sale or use of drug paraphernalia.
• Kimberly S. Gignac, 35, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting).
• Jonathan B. Dowd, 27, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for violating condition of release.
• Thomas S. Gause, 46, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for criminal mischief and harassment.
• Scott R. Page, 30, of Alfred, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration.
