BIDDEFORD — Despite trailing by one point at the end of the first quarter, the hosting Biddeford boys basketball team could not match Kennebunk, as the Rams won 84-60 on opening night.

Maxwell Murray had a big performance for Kennebunk, racking up a game-high 24 points.

Alex McAlevey led the Tigers with 15 points while Cody Saucier added 14.
