Editor,
The writer of this letter “Troubling question about Kavanaugh” seems unaware that the Supreme Court’s role is to determine the constitutionality of laws passed by Congress.
If legislation (e.g. Obamacare) passed by Congress is found by the Supreme Court to contain unconstitutional elements, it is the duty of Congress – not the SCOTUS (or the President) – to “fix it.”
