ARUNDEL — The Noble High golf team improved to 8-0 on the season with a 10-3 win over host Massabesic at Dutch Elm Golf Course on Monday.
Geoffrey Howe, Matt Nolder and Kyle Franey all picked up wins for Noble. Cheyenne Couture and Gunner Tache earned 1 1/2 points as they halved their matches with Massabesic’s Kyle Single and Cody Fall.
Massabesic’s Ethan Laverriere led all golfers with a 44 as he picked up a win.
Noble will host Biddeford and Massabesic welcomes in Kennbunk today.
Girls Soccer
Gray-New Gloucester 6, Old Orchard Beach 1
Jordan Grant scored two first-half goals as the visiting Patriots earned the win.
Chloe Kocian scored later in the first half to cut the lead to 2-1 at the break.
Alexa Thayer scored twice and Brianna Jordan and Abigail Ross also recorded goals in the second half as Gray-New Gloucester pulled away.
OOB goalie Kaitlin Halle made nine stops in the net.
