BRUNSWICK — Points of View Gallery will host the opening reception for Nature of the Universe, a group show inspired by nature’s beauty, from 5-7 p.m., Friday, Sept. 14, at 18 Pleasant St in Brunswick.

In the Garret Gallery, ceramics artist Jackie Melissas and abstract collage artist Ann Slocum present “Works in Process,” a selection of new work from their perspectives.

The show runs through the end of September. The gallery is open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. For more information, call (207) 373-9300.
