Grammy-nominated singersongwriter Seth Glier will perform Saturday at The Opera House at Boothbay Harbor.
“Seth Glier first arrived on the Opera House stage, traveling along as a student of Livingston Taylor’s several years ago,” the venue said in a news release. “On that night, he stole the show from the veteran musician, and the audience urged the Opera House staff to invite the soung super talkent back.”
Glier has returned to Boothbay nearly every years since. This year, he brings along bassist Rachel Coats.
Glier ghas released five albums and was nominated for a Grammy Award in the “best engineered album, nonclassical” category for his 2011 album, “The Next Right Thing.”
“The summer of 2018 may be winding to a close, but audiences are guaranteed a brilliant night of music when Seth and (Coats) arrive on Saturday,” the release says.
