BIDDEFORD — Regina J. Boissonneault, 86, of Biddeford died Saturday, Aug. 11, 2018 at home with her loving family at her side.
She was born Nov. 16, 1931 in Biddeford, a daughter of Aime and Rosanna (Bard) Provencal. She was educated in the local school system and went on to complete a associates degree.
On May 6, 1950 she married Donald Boissonneault at St Mary’s church.
She had worked for many years as activities director for the York Manor.
Regina enjoyed above all spending time with family, gardening and going to craft fairs.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her infant daughter Brenda and grandson Cory-Boissonneault-Fontaine.
Surviving are Donald Boissonneault her husband of 68 years; daughters Patricia, Brenda, and Sharon Boissonneault, Joyce Fontaine and her husband Gary, Rachel White and her husband Earl, and Rita Limbert; sons Ronald Boissonneault and his wife Joy and Gerald Boissonneault and his wife Leona; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; a sister Sybil Whelan; and her extended foster children that she hosted.
Visiting Hours will 10 a.m. to noon on Friday, Aug. 17, 2018 at Hope Memorial Chapel, 480 Elm St., Biddeford, ME 04005. A funeral service will follow at the funeral home.
