STANDISH – Eric Joseph Sprague, age 44, passed away unexpectedly Aug. 11, 2018 due to a heart condition.
He was born in Sanford on Feb. 28, 1974 and attended Sanford High School and York County Community College. For the past six years he worked in IT support for the state. All who knew him will forever miss the larger-than-life warmth, kindness and humor he brought to the world.

He was also a proud uncle to Kirsten Harris and Garrett Wallingford and loved bragging about their accomplishments.
Eric is predeceased by his stepfather, Bob Pelletier. In addition to his beloved wife, Lisa Magnacca of Standish, he is survived by his mother, Joanne Pelletier of Sanford; his sister Tracy Sprague and her husband Scott Wallingford of Shapleigh; nephews Brett and Mike Wallingford; Aunt Sue and Uncle June; Uncle Roger and Aunt April; Uncle Edgar Chevalier; mother and father-in-law, Sandy and Richard Magnacca of Standish, who loved him as a son; brother-in-law Karl Magnacca; and members of the Pelletier family and other family members who loved him.
