LEWISTON — Androscoggin Bank recently announced the appointment of Neil Kiely to the position of president, effective immediately.
Kiely succeeds Paul Andersen, who will retain the title of CEO until Dec. 31, 2019, at which point Kiely will assume the CEO role as well. The board of directors has elected Andersen as vice chair of the board to eventually succeed Pasquale Maiorino as chair.
“I am very excited to have Neil Kiely become our next president,” said Maiorino. “Paul and I knew he was the right person to lead the organization after working with him as a fellow board member for five years and then watching the impact he has had on our organization, first as chief strategic officer and then as chief operating officer leading the bank’s executive team.”
