WELLS — The following people were arrested or charged by Wells Police from July 31 to Aug. 6.
• Wayne Campbell, 57, of Wells was issued a summons July 31 charging he operated an ATV to endanger, and failing to report an ATV accident after an investigation that began on July 22.
• Benjamin York, 38, of Biddeford, was arrested and charged Aug. 1 with misuse of identification and theft following an investigation that began on June 27.
• Romone McKenzie, 23, of Lauderhill, Florida, was issued a summon for operating without a license following a traffic stop on Sanford Road Aug. 1.
• Elizabeth Cardine, 41, of Wells was issued a summons charging she drove while her license was suspended following a traffic stop on Sanford Road Aug. 4.
• Peter Meads, 63, of Wells, was arrested and charged with domestic violence assault following a disturbance on Pool Drive Aug. 4.
• Edward Hoyt, 67, of Wells, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence following a traffic stop on Sanford Road Aug. 5.
• Gary Koch, 60, of Kennebunkport, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence following a traffic stop on Post Road Aug. 5.
• Thomas Foster, 56, of Lyman, was issued a summons charging he drove with a suspended registration following a traffic stop on Sanford Road Aug. 5.
